A: We design and manufacture forklift attachments, including hydraulic attachments and mechanical attachments. Our hydraulic attachments include paper roll clamps, bale clamps, carton clamps, rotators, fork positioners, side shifters, fork clamps, hinged forks, single-double pallet handlers, telescopic forks (or reach forks), push-pulls, tire clamps, brick clamps, etc.
Our mechanical attachments consist of forks, fork extensions, work platforms, ramp platforms, booms, sweepers, and garbage buckets, etc.
We also accept customization of products with different styles and parameters. Moreover, we allocate significant resources to research and develop new products annually, including pallet inverters, tire grippers, tire handlers, etc.
Q: What is your warranty policy? What after-sales services do you provide?
A: Our warranty covers one year or 2000 working hours, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, we offer free courier delivery for replacement parts. Additionally, we provide 24-hour quick-response pre-sale and post-sale online technical support services.
Q: How quickly can you deliver orders?
A: Some of our popular models are available in stock and can be shipped within 1-2 days. Standard configuration products typically take around 2-3 weeks for delivery. Customized products have a production period of 3-4 weeks.
Q: Do you offer customization services?
A: Yes, we provide ODM services and strive to meet our clients’ specific requirements. However, all customizations and modifications are carried out safely and scientifically. We can also accommodate color preferences as per the client’s needs.
Q: Which port do you operate from? What transshipment services do you offer?
A: While our primary shipping port is Xiamen, we also offer inland transport services to deliver goods to your designated port. With extensive shipping experience, we provide both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipment services.
Q: What certifications do you hold?
A: Our workshop adheres to the ISO9001 Quality System standards, and all our products are CE certified. Moreover, some of our products meet EPA requirements.

A: We accept payments through T/T, and in some cases, we can also consider L/C.
