Daily Operation procedures

1. Maintain an appropriate starting speed when starting, and do not start too fast.

2. Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If it is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately.

3. When the forklift is moving, it is not allowed to turn the direction switch to change the driving direction to prevent burning of electrical components and damage to gears.

4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out at the same time.

5. Pay attention to whether the sound of the drive system and steering system is normal. If abnormal sound is found, the fault should be eliminated in time. It is strictly forbidden to operate with illness.

6. Slow down in advance when turning.

7. When operating under poor road conditions, the weight should be appropriately reduced and the driving speed should be reduced.

Precautions

1. The weight of the goods must be understood before lifting, and the weight of the goods must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forklift.

2. When lifting and packing goods, pay attention to whether the goods are firmly wrapped.

3. According to the size of the goods, adjust the distance between the forks so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid overloading.

4. When the goods are inserted into the cargo pile, the mast should be tilted forward. After the goods are loaded into the forks, the mast should be tilted backward so that the goods are close to the fork wall and the goods are lowered as much as possible before driving.

5. When lifting goods, they should generally be carried out in a vertical position.

6. When manually loading and unloading, the hand brake must be used to stabilize the forks.

7. Traveling and lifting are not allowed to be operated at the same time.

8. When transporting goods on a steep slope, pay attention to the firmness of the goods on the forks.
