Striving hard and driving with unlimited motivation——Wontonne Group’s Mid-Autumn Festival, from rushing to success
As the refreshing autumn breeze welcomes the convergence of two celebrations—National Day joy and Mid-Autumn warmth—Wontonne held a grand 2025 Mid-Autumn Banquet and “Bó Bǐng” (Dice Gambling) event at its factory, themed “With Boundless Striving, Infinite Momentum.” This was not only a feast of reunion but also a heartwarming “homecoming” journey. Let’s follow the lens and relive those memorable moments filled with pride, laughter, and warmth!
I.Anticipation: A Journey to a Reunion Gathering
On an autumn afternoon, under the gentle sunlight, colleagues gradually gathered at the meeting point. Setting aside their usual busyness, their faces radiated holiday ease and anticipation. As the buses started their engines, they carried laughter and hope, heading toward a long-awaited reunion.
II.Arrival: Witnessing the Warmth of Strength
The event began with an immersive factory tour. The usually bustling factory now stood like a steady family member, showcasing Wontonne’s solid achievements. Colleagues quietly and orderly walked through the workshops, witnessing its efficient and smooth production processes and rigorous quality systems. For those from non-production departments, this was a profound dialogue with the company’s “original aspiration” and “strength.” Everyone sincerely marveled that all frontline market efforts stem from this powerful and reliable backbone.
III.Words of Inspiration: Sounding the Horn for a New Journey
President Lin’s speech, delivered without a script, came straight from the heart. He first extended his deepest gratitude and festive blessings to all Wontonne family members for their hard work. Reflecting emotionally, he recalled, “I still remember the large-scale factory relocation before the Spring Festival. The timeline was tight, and the tasks were daunting. Yet, through the collaborative efforts and relentless dedication of all departments, our warehouses and production lines achieved a miraculous leap—from nothing to something, from zero to one! This fully demonstrates that Wontonne’s team is exceptional, capable of overcoming challenges and securing victories!” These heartfelt words, like an inspiring battle cry, ignited thunderous applause and transported everyone back to those days of shared struggle. President Lin emphasized that as long as everyone remains united in heart and effort, Wontonne’s goal of “building a world-class attachment factory” will undoubtedly be realized. This was not only an affirmation of the past and a vision for the future but also a clarion call for the journey ahead.
IV. Excitement: The Crisp Melody of Dice
With President Lin’s announcement of “Let the Bó Bǐng begin!” the crisp sound of dice, like pearls falling into a plate, instantly ignited the atmosphere. Six dice tumbled and danced in porcelain bowls, each roll captivating everyone’s attention. Cheers for ‘Sān Hóng’ (Three Reds), ‘Duì Táng’ (Second Prize), and ‘Zhuàng Yuán’ (Top Prize) echoed one after another. This was not merely a game of luck but a vibrant fusion of team camaraderie. Every smiling face became the most beautiful scene of the evening.
V. Reunion: A Warm Mid-Autumn Banquet
As the dice settled, warmth rose, and the Mid-Autumn banquet officially commenced in a cozy ambiance. Colleagues from various departments gathered around tables, transcending departmental boundaries to embrace the warmth and harmony of the Wontonne family. They raised their glasses, enjoyed heartfelt conversations, and exchanged sincere blessings. The delicious food, cheerful chatter, and genuine well-wishes intertwined into a touching tableau—making happiness tangible at that moment. Wontonne is not just a company but a warm family.
